Peter Mace co-founded Hodges-Mace, an employee benefits technology and services company, and served as co-CEO. He oversaw technology, innovation, and operations, helping guide the company through its acquisition by Alight in 2019. Earlier, he spent 15 years in sales and sales leadership at Unum. He brings experience in benefits enrollment, client service, and scaling businesses.
